Penty Barn is situated just outside of the village of Cwmann in West Wales. The nearest town, Lampeter being only a mile away  Lampeter is a historic university town which has all local amenities needed. There's 2 supermarkets, bakeries, butchers. Lots of cafes and pubs - lots of choice if you fancy eating out. If you'd prefer to eat in there theres plenty of take away choices - 2 Indian, 2 Chinese and 2 fish and chip shops.

Located just 12 miles from the beautiful Ceredigion Coastline, famous for it's beautiful 60 mile long coastline. Including the harbour town of Aberaeron, the fishing town of New Quay and of course the beautiful Ceredigion coastal path.

The Brecon Beacons National Park is only an hour's drive away, where you can take in all the spectacular views and climb Pen Y Fan (highest peak in South Wales)
