Penty Barn was a great find and certainly one we'll return too. Family celebrations for a 70th birthday and perfect for ages 2 to 70+ the house was amazing with plenty of space for extended families, very homely, warm, well kept with obvious ongoing investment throughout and beautiful Christmas decorations. Only a weekend trip and in December so only used the sheltered fire pit area which was absolutely amazing. We'll go back to use the pool, hot tub or bar area as they looked great. Very rural area so good for walking and as the dogs were welcomed to the house it's a perfect choice for dog owners. Would definitely highly recommend and Dominique was great to deal with leading up to and during our stay.
What a find! I do a lot of group bookings and this is by far the loveliest we have stayed in. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and on hand if required. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were great - we had a party of 18 aged 11-60 and we all ate together in the beautiful dining room and space to relax in elegant,warm surroundings with fabulous views. The kids loved the pool, hot-tub and outdoor fire pit room and the grounds were secure and ample for the dogs to run around. Good sized bedrooms and well equipped throughout. We went in December & the whole house was decorated so beautifully for Christmas and lit up throughout with fairy lights that added to the wonderful atmosphere. We have just had the pleasure of spending some quality Team-time at this fabulous place.
The facilities were superb and the house really lends itself well to team events or family breaks.
There is loads to do including a heated pool, hot-tub, BBQ hut and outdoor bar.
Dominique and ‘Diggers’ were lovely hosts and went out of their way to make our event special. The Christmas decorations were the icing on the cake!

Wow, what a place. Spent a long weekend here with friends and family and three dogs and what a great time we had. Penty Barn is so well set up and Domenique is very helpful. We were lucky with the weather so spent time in the garden and in the pool, had a bbq in the Hobbit House and enjoyed the hot tub. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful time at Penty Barn this week. We loved the house and everything in it. You have made it so welcoming and were so generous with everything. Thank you for all of your help in the run up to the stay and during our time there.

I have just spent 3 days here with family and friends we had 10 adults and the same in kids and I couldn't be happier the place has everything you could need what an Amazing place and the owners are among the nicest people going so thank you very much we are already planning our next visit and I for one am looking forward to seeing you Diggers and your lovely family again soon

This place is absolutely magical! Each corner you turn there's something amazing to get upto! We was worried the rain would ruin our weekend - but from the covered hot tub, karaoke room, and little Hobbit hut there's so much fun to be had.
The host, Dominique was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable!
We already can't wait to be back!
Wow!!!! What an amazing place!! The pictures do not do it justice….it is so much better than we could have imagined!! Fantastic for all ages, only problem, was we didn’t book to stay long enough!! Next years booking already getting organised! Absolutely lovely hosts, such lovely people. Cannot wait to come again!!

Wow what can we say… what an experience… loved every minute. Fabulous hosts, fabulous facilities, fabulous venue… we have just stayed for our second trip and just booked our annual 3rd trip.. ready for 2022… and we can’t wait.
Could not recommend this place enough for everyone to visit.. you will not be disappointed, outdoor pool, outdoor bar, outdoor play park.. so much for families to enjoy together.

Fabulous stay! We couldn't fault anything, the hosts were exceptional and everything you needed was in the property. The facilities are amazing and were well used during our stay, including the heated pool, what an extra! The house is like a home from home with added extras that you don't have at home! we all felt so relaxed and comfortable! Thanks again so much guys, we cannot wait to return!
Just spent a wonderful few days here with the family. Lovely big place and with lots to offer, we enjoyed use of the heated pool, hot tub and fire pit in evenings. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. We will go again
Had such a fantastic stay at Penty Cottage. There were 17 of us and there was lots of room to spare! Loved the hot tub, pool and the outdoor bar. The house was very clean and well equipped.

I’ve just returned from a second stay at the Pentry, there is everything you need and more at this beautiful house. Perfect for family parties, with the kids or without.
Dominique is such a fantastic host, very approachable and helpful.
The bedrooms are brilliant sizes, with all the downstairs space being ample for everyone.
The gardens are superb, with the park and garden games for the kids, and the bar for the adults!
Then the cherry on top is the hot tub and swimming pool! Perfect for everyone!
This is the best place I’ve ever stayed, and already looking at when we can go backs for the third time.
