An attractive barn conversion set in the beautiful Welsh countryside. The perfect base to relax and escape the rush and stresses of every day life. Self catering accommodation for up to 24 people. Perfect for families, groups of friends for get togethers and celebrations such as birthday parties, hen and stag do's.
This holiday cottage has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break including a large indoor games room and bar area, outdoor heated swimming pool, luxury hot tub, BBQ HUT, Outdoor kitchen area and bar, wood burning stove and plenty of outdoor space.
The space
Penty Barn is a beautiful barn conversion offering self catering accommodation for up to 24 people.
Penty Barn provides the most amazing outdoor space . There’s something for every single age group to keep them entertained for hours.
- Brand new hot tub, installed in February 2022. Huge luxury hot tub measuring 3.8m in length, with 10 seats including 2 loungers. Set under a beautiful wooden gazebo so can be used all year round whatever the weather.
Penty Barn provides the most amazing outdoor space . There’s something for every single age group to keep them entertained for hours.
- Brand new hot tub, installed in February 2022. Huge luxury hot tub measuring 3.8m in length, with 10 seats including 2 loungers. Set under a beautiful wooden gazebo so can be used all year round whatever the weather.
- Outdoor heated swimming pool (28x14ft). The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from the beginning of April - end of October.
We can open and heat the pool out of season (November - March) but it will be an extra cost and we will need prior notice.

- Outdoor BBQ / Kitchen and bar area. It's undercover so can be used all year round. It's a 5 ring gas BBQ, built in slate worktops either side and shelves on top. Seating all to one side and a bar at the opposite end.
Outside there's 2 large wooden dining tables for Al Fresco dining.

- Cabin Hut - Beautiful wooden hut where you can light a fire all year round and toast marshmallows etc. It's very spacious and has seating all the way round.
- Al-fresco dining in the summer months, there’s a large BBQ and seating area.
- Large fire pit with a seating area. Perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. It’s a lovely place to roast marshmallows with the children too.
- With over an acre of grounds, you can play a number of games - football, cricket, badminton etc.
There’s also a children’s play area which consists of:
inground trampoline,
swing and slide set,
nest swing and seesaw.
As regards to parking there’s ample amount of space, there’s 2 parking sections to comfortably accommodate plenty of vehicles.
- Large fire pit with a seating area. Perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. It’s a lovely place to roast marshmallows with the children too.
- With over an acre of grounds, you can play a number of games - football, cricket, badminton etc.
There’s also a children’s play area which consists of:
inground trampoline,
swing and slide set,
nest swing and seesaw.
As regards to parking there’s ample amount of space, there’s 2 parking sections to comfortably accommodate plenty of vehicles.
We are a dog friendly property - we charge £30 per dog. The grounds are enclosed you just need to close the gate to the drive. Lots of beautiful walks right on the door step and close to dog friendly beaches too.

Large games room and bar area. It's the most amazing space and there's something for everyone for all age groups. Features include - bar area with seating, professional dart board and lighting, Multi games table (Pool, Air hockey and table tennis), seating area with an L-Shaped sofa, 65inch tv, lighting, karaoke machine and a speaker system. There’s also a large flower wall, so you can photos with your family and friends.
- Living room
Large cosy living room with a wood burning stove for those cosy nights! Lots of seating - perfect place to entertain.
TV with SKY Q - sky package includes entertainment, movies, kids boxsets and Netflix.
-Sun room which is directly connected to the living to make into one huge room. Lots of seating and beautiful views of the grounds.

-Large Kitchen & Dinning Room - Beautiful shaker style kitchen with a central island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials to cook up a storm with your family and friends. Complete with a range master range cooker, American fridge freezer with an ice and water dispenser, wine rack, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
Step up from the kitchen into the beautiful dining room with a large banqueting dining table to seat everyone. The perfect place to enjoy a meal with everyone.
Please note the standard rate is for up to 20 guests. Over 20 guests are charged at £40 per person per night. Please contact us for groups larger than 20 so we can arrange payment for the extra guests.
